Twenty-six years ago, when we started our business, we said we "focus on long-term relationships." At the time, we noticed that most of our competitors also said they focus on long-term relationships, and we had no proof that we were any different from them!
Well, now we do - now we actually have many long-term relationships - in fact, we have 40 clients that have been with us for more than 15 years - and some for more than 25 years. Most of those competitors are not around anymore, because they were focused on the immediate sale, rather than the long-term client relationship.
All of these long-term clients implemented AddonSoftware and they still use it. The fact that the software has met their needs for all that time is something I think many people didn't expect, especially through all the changes experienced in any business over a period of 20 years.
Most of these companies are bigger now than they were 20 years ago, and some are several times bigger. Most started with small systems and over the years added more users, more functionality, more geography, and significantly more technology.
But they still call the same telephone number and talk to the same people about their software.
That's a lot to be grateful for - and a lot to brag about!
